Paleo Resurrection - 2024Paleo Resurrection is a Sci-Fi 2D animated short film that explores a snippet of what life was like for a society that fell nearly a century ago. The events depicted take place in a world where dinosaurs have been brought back to life and were at one point fully integrated into the different societies and cultures of the land.
The goal of this thesis was to let viewers experience a small part of what is a much larger personal project. Hopefully gaining interest in its growth and development over time as the narrative is expanded. |
Linger Longer - 2022A short semi-abstract animation to part of the song Linger Longer by Cosmo Sheldrake.
Originally part of a class assignment, the task was to take 15 - 30 seconds from a song of our choice and create an abstract piece of animation to it. This was an assignment I struggled with as purely abstract shapes do not come easy to me. With the permission of my teacher I was allowed to take a different approach that came off as more symbolic/interpretive and allowed me to still experiment with movement I was unfamiliar with at the time. |
